Research On Estimation Of County Tourism Value Added Under The Background Of Global Tourism

Today,as the country vigorously advocates the development of global tourism,the county is the most important in the establishment of the whole-region tourism demonstration zone,therefore,how to scientifically calculate the contribution of county tourism to the local economy is particularly important.In the current national economic accounting system,tourism is not an independent economic sector,the existing core indicators of tourism statistics(tourism and tourism income)cannot fully reflect the contribution of tourism in the county economy.The added value of tourism is more scientific and accurate as a measure of the scale of tourism output and contribution to the local economy,and it is more comparable in the industry.Therefore,seeking a scientific method to measure the added value of tourism in the county will have a very important significance for a comprehensive understanding of the status and driving role of tourism in the county economy.? The Tourism Satellite Account Recommendation Method Framework 2008 ?recommended by the World Tourism Organization is an international standard for measuring the added value of regional tourism,but it is not fully applicable at the county level.Moreover,the method based on national economic accounting is also difficult to implement in the county area due to the fact that the data on the supply side is difficult to be stripped,and the data on the demand side is difficult to accurately investigate.Therefore,based on the principle and method of tourism satellite account,combined with the specific situation of county tourism development and county national economic accounting,this paper discusses how to measure the value added of county tourism,and establishes a set of county tourism value-added methods that meet the requirements of the tourism satellite account preparation framework,and hopes to provide reference for the county tourism value-added calculation.In the case study of county tourism value-added calculations,some common problems faced by current county tourism statistics were found,such as inconsistent statistical caliber,weak statistical basis,and unscientific statistical survey methods.The main reasons for these problems are the geographical boundaries and methodological difficulties in the preparation of regional tourism satellite accounts,the gaps in county tourism statistics,and the lack of perfect norms.This paper proposes targeted countermeasures for the problems found,such as establishing a full industry inventory as soon as possible,implementing the tourism statistics method supported by big data,and promoting the reform of the tourism statistics system,which is the fundamental solution to the existing problems,only by starting from the source can the problem be solved more thoroughly.
