Research On Evolution And Selection Of Multi-agent Innovation Strategy In Regional Innovation System

With the advent of economic globalization and the era of knowledge economy,all countries are seeking an effective innovative model to promote the development of regional economy.As a systematic and efficient innovation model,the regional innovation system plays a vital role in the development of regional economy.The subjects in the regional innovation system play different roles in innovation activities,and the collaborative innovation process is often manifested as cooperative innovation between various subjects.Because the interest demands and starting points of various innovative subjects are different,cooperation is usually not entirely spontaneously formed.There is a special and important factor subject in the regional innovation system-the government.The government can not only promulgate policies and formulate rules for regional innovation activities,but also participate in regional innovation activities.Without the guidance and policy support of the government,each innovation subject is likely to only maximize its own interests as the decision-making principle,and the result is likely to make the overall benefit of the regional innovation system unable to reach its maximum.Therefore,an in-depth analysis of the behavior of innovation subjects in the regional innovation system from a game perspective is of great significance for promoting the development of regional innovation capabilities.Based on the concept of a regional innovation system,this article considers that a regional innovation system is a collaborative and interactive innovation network system in a specific region,in which enterprises,universities,research institutes,governments,and intermediary service institutions mainly rely on the innovation environment and use innovative resources to carry out innovative activities such as the creation of new knowledge,new technologies,and new products.Then this article uses two branches of game theory—evolutionary games and differential games to analyze evolution and selection of multi-agent innovation strategy in regional innovation systems.First of all,by constructing an evolutionary game model among the enterprise,research institute,and government,the three progressive stability points in the regional innovation system are obtained,and then the evolutionary trajectory of the enterprise and government is obtained using simulation analysis.Then we know that the key factor affecting the strategic evolution of government,enterprises and research institutes is the willingness of enterprises and research institutes to choose cooperation,so as to study the evolution of multi-agent innovation strategies in the regional innovation system.Secondly,based on the life cycle theory of the regional innovation system and the three-helix model,it is believed that there are different modes of cooperation for innovation subjects at different stages of the regional innovation system.By establishing a differential game model between the government,enterprises,and research institutes under the three scenarios of Nash noncooperative game,Stackelberg master-slave game,and cooperative cooperative game,the equilibrium results are compared,an innovative model coordination mechanism and simulation analysis are carried on,so as to study the problem of multi-agent innovation strategy selection in the regional innovation system.Finally,on the basis of the above results analysis and simulation analysis,the countermeasures and suggestions for promoting cooperative innovation of innovation subjects are proposed from four aspects: increasing the willingness of cooperative innovation of scientific research institutes,increasing the willingness of cooperative innovation of enterprises,establishing a venture investment system of cooperative innovation,and strengthening the construction of regional innovation environment.
