Research On Cooperative Innovation Incentive Strategy Of Virtual Industrial Cluster Based On Evolutionary Game

With the development of economic globalization,the traditional competitive advantage of Chinese enterprises has weakened,and the sustainable and high-quality development of enterprises is facing new challenges.The virtual industrial cluster formed based on modern network communication technology provides a new platform for enterprises to cooperate and innovate.Enterprises in the virtual industry cluster can rely on the Internet platform to effectively shorten the distance between enterprises,reduce information communication barriers,and produce innovation agglomeration effects.Cooperative innovation of virtual industry clusters can not only make up for the lack of innovation resources of a single enterprise,but also maintain the vitality of innovation,which is an effective organizational model for enterprise cooperation and innovation.Therefore,joining the virtual industrial cluster for cooperative innovation is an effective means for enterprises to enhance their competitiveness.On the basis of the research on virtual industry cluster,cooperative innovation,evolutionary game,etc.,this paper defines the main stakeholders of virtual industry cluster cooperative innovation,and on the basis of the analysis of the behavior of each subject,the evolutionary game is established by using the evolutionary game to establish the evolutionary game model of enterprises outside the virtual industry cluster and enterprises in the virtual industry cluster under the participation of the government,and the three-party evolution game model of the enterprise outside the virtual industry cluster,the enterprise in the virtual industry cluster and the government under the participation of the government,and analyze the evolutionary stability strategy and influencing factors respectively.Then,matlab numerical simulation is used to further verify the theoretical analysis,and analyze the influence of different parameter changes on the stability of the tripartite evolutionary game strategy,and determine the main factors affecting the stability of the strategy.Finally,according to the results of evolutionary game analysis,the corresponding incentive strategy suggestions are proposed.The research in this paper shows that the increase in the government’s willingness to participate and the increase in financial support have a positive impact on promoting the cooperative relationship between enterprises outside the virtual industry cluster and the enterprises within the virtual industry cluster,which can promote the development of the virtual industry cluster.Enterprises outside the virtual industry cluster and enterprises outside the virtual industry cluster are sensitive to changes in invisible losses,and the government can promote cooperation between the two sides by strengthening supervision.The agglomeration coefficient has an impact on the strategic choice of enterprises outside the virtual industry cluster.
