BIM technology provides an informatized,visual,and integrated collaborative management platform for IPD mode.It effectively solves the problems of stakeholders' responsibility and risk transfer in the traditional project delivery mode.However,under the current IPD mode,the stakeholders are bound by the traditional mode of thinking,the sense of belonging and team security in the IPD team is not strong,the sense of coordination is weak,and the behavior is negative.It cannot give full play to the advantages of IPD mode,which hinders the efficient development of IPD mode in the construction industry,and it is difficult to maximize the value of engineering projects.The study on the evolution game of collaborative behavior of project stakeholders under IPD mode is of great practical and theoretical significance for improving the collaborative consciousness of stakeholders and driving them to choose the active collaborative behavior in the low trust construction environment,so as to maximize the value of the project,improve construction efficiency and reduce construction cost.From the perspective of the owner,based on IPD collaboration theory and stakeholder theory,this paper analyzes the feasibility of the integration of BIM technology,IPD theory,and stakeholders.Under IPD model,the collaboration models and contractual relationships between stakeholders are analyzed,and the subject of the game is defined.The influencing factors of stakeholder collaborative behavior are analyzed by using ISM and MICMAC methods.Under the guidance of game theory,the influencing factors are benefited and parameterized,variable parameters such as IPD gain,incentive pool size,BIM cost,compensation for breach of contract,IPD collaboration loss,owner punishment,IPD gain distribution coefficient,incentive pool distribution coefficient are introduced,and the tripartite evolutionary game model is constructed.Based on the evolutionary game model,the choice of behavior strategy among contractors,designers and owners is analyzed,the initial intention of three parties and the influence of each parameter on the evolutionary path of collaborative behavior are analyzed,and the corresponding collaborative driving mechanism is proposed.The study contents and conclusions as follows:(1)The IPD collaboration theory is proposed by analyzing connotation and characteristics of IPD mode and synergy theory.Based on stakeholder theory,the stakeholders are defined in IPD model,and behavior characteristics of IPD collaborative subject based on BIM technology are analyzed deeply.(2)Based on the perspective of IPD theory,this paper analyzes the influencing factors of the collaborative behavior of stakeholders in the engineering project based on the ISM hierarchical structure model.The results show that the difficulty of life cycle BIM management,the mechanism of IPD collaboration is imperfect and the high cost of BIM management mode are the direct factors.Other factors can influence collaborative behavior of stakeholders through them.The owner' supervision and management are deep influencing factors,which affect stakeholders' collaborative behavior from root cause.The MICMAC method analysis shows that owner's supervision and management is at the highest point of independent cluster and has a high driving force.It is not easy to control it indirectly by controlling other factors.Therefore,"owner's supervision and management" needs to be given enough attention.(3)Based on the study results of the influencing factors of the collaborative behavior of the project stakeholders under the IPD mode,this paper starts from the problem of insufficient study on the selection and driving of the collaborative behavior of the project stakeholders under the IPD mode.Based on evolutionary game theory,the evolutionary game model of the collaborative behavior of contractor,designer and owner is established,and the stability of the equilibrium point of the system is analyzed.By using numerical simulation,the-influence of the owner's supervision behavior on the selection of the contractor and designer's collaborative behavior is analyzed quantitatively,the three parties' initial intention and parameterized influencing factors were sensitivity analyzed,the regulatory effect of three parties' initial intention and parameterized influencing factors on the evolutionary path of collaborative behavior is discussed,the importance of the initial intention to the collaborative behavior of stakeholders is clarified,and the range of the most appropriate value of each variable parameter is analyzed.(4)Combined with the above study conclusions,the influencing factors of stakeholders'collaborative behavior and the results of evolutionary game numerical simulation are summarized,the corresponding set of collaborative driving factors is proposed,and the mechanism of collaborative driving factors on Stakeholders' collaborative behavior is revealed.According to the characteristics of IPD mode,the new ideas and principles of collaborative behavior driving are defined,and the model of collaborative behavior driving mechanism is constructed.It provides a reference for motivating and driving the collaborative behavior of stakeholders.
