Building Information Modeling(hereinafter referred to as BIM)is a process of using digital information development technology to integrate and manage various parameter information of the entire life cycle of a construction project.In the 40 years since the birth of BIM technology,the continuous development and excavation of practitioners in the construction industry has greatly deepened the application depth and breadth of BIM technology,especially in optimizing design schemes and construction schemes and improving construction processes.etc.At the same time,it has greatly promoted the development of the construction industry and promoted the technological progress of the construction industry.BIM technology has been generally regarded as a new technology that can promote the transformation of engineering construction.However,at this stage,the application of BIM technology still has problems of low application level,inadequate value mining,and "fragmentation" management.In particular,construction contractors in the context of BIM provide construction information to the BIM platform in good faith during the course of the project.This behavior severely restricts the application effect of BIM technology and affects the revenue of the entire project.Therefore,in the construction project under the BIM situation,it is particularly important for the owner to regulate and guide the contractor to provide complete,accurate and effective project information to the BIM platform in good faith.Firstly,this paper analyzes the factors that affect the unfaithful behavior of contractors to provide unreal and effective information to the BIM platform through the analysis of obstacles in the promotion and application of BIM technology at this stage.The method allows experts to score the influencing factors,and then uses the entropy weight method to process the collected data to find out the main influencing factors.It is found that the two factors of the owner's strategic choice and the cost of the contractor's use of the BIM platform have an important impact on the contractor's integrity in the BIM context.Then,in this paper,based on the identified main influencing factors,an evolutionary game model with owners and contractors as the main body of the game is constructed,and contractors are explored in the BIM scenario when the contractors do not implement incentive mechanisms and implement incentive mechanisms.The evolutionary game path of integrity behavior.Through analysis,it is found that under the situation where the incentive mechanism is not implemented,the owner's supervision cannot effectively suppress the contractor's dishonesty behavior.Only when the owner implements the incentive mechanism can the contractor's dishonesty behavior be suppressed from the source.Whether the owner supervises the behavior of the contractor does not affect the selection tendency of the contractor.Finally,based on the results of evolutionary game analysis,this paper builds an incentive model including owners and contractors based on the principal-agent theory,studies the impact of the owner's incentive level on the effort of the contractor to upload information on the BIM platform,and combines The constructed incentive model formulates corresponding incentive measures.Through research,it is found that whether the sum of the incentives of the owner to the contractor and the future benefits of the contractor's integrity can be greater than...
