Research On Development Strategy Of Insurance Broker Market From The Perspective Of Evolutionary Game Theory

With China's insurance market paying more attention to insurance consumption demand,the strong momentum of the rapid development of the insurance brokerage market has been demonstrated since 2018.Based on the interest of the policyholder,insurance brokers can meet the consuming need of policyholders by their professional quality.However,the insurance brokerage market still has problems such as a relative lack of insurance broker manpower,unclear development strategies for insurance brokerage companies,and weak support from insurance companies for insurance brokerage channels.This reflects that the development of China's insurance brokerage market is in its infancy and has broad prospects for future development.According to the stakeholder theory,this thesis studies three main participants in the insurance brokerage market: insurance brokers,insurance brokerage companies,and insurance companies.By establishing a suitable evolutionary game model,this article shows the cooperative and competitive state among insurance broker-insurance brokerage company,insurance brokerage company-insurance company,and insurance broker-insurance company.According to solving the replication dynamic equations and drawing the relevant dynamic phase diagrams,the evolution equilibrium strategies of different game systems are obtained.Finally,the theory and practice are combined to make relevant suggestions for the development of the insurance brokerage market.
