With the rapid development of China's economy and the continuous improvement of residents' income level,as well as consumers' increasingly mature consumption concept and awareness,China's automobile consumption has entered the peak era.With the rapid development of China's automobile industry,as the downstream industry of the automobile industry-automobile leasing industry,it is developing rapidly and becoming mature in the domestic market.Road transportation,railway,aviation and waterway cooperate with each other,providing convenient travel services for the public.Car rental has been increasingly promoted in the road transportation industry,showing its strong vitality.With the rapid development of car rental industry,the use efficiency of vehicles has been improved,which is conducive to the rational allocation of vehicle resources in the whole society.At the same time,to a certain extent,it is conducive to the control of the total number of vehicles in the whole society.The development of car rental industry also promotes the development of social economy,which not only directly promotes the development of automobile industry chain,but also plays a positive role in tourism,finance and other industries.As a rising industry,car rental industry has been concerned by all aspects of society.However,because the current social credit mechanism is not perfect,the relevant policies and regulations of the industry are not perfect,and the management of individual car rental enterprises has some problems,such as backward level,fighting separately,disordered competition,etc.,the development path of this new industry is very tortuous.Therefore,car rental companies need more in-depth research and improvement work if they want to do a better job of strategy and market synchronous development.As a well-known chain car rental company in China,HBC car rental company is developing rapidly in the industry chain of automobile rear market.In the car rental market,HBC car rental company is facing the competition of traditional car rental companies such as supremacy and Ruika,as well as the competition of new model car rental companies such as PP,Yidao and didi.At the same time,HBC car rental company also needs to solve a series of problems in scale development and rapid expansion.This paper analyzes the internal and external environment of an enterprise,and then makes strategic analysis and selection,so as to formulate the development strategy of an enterprise,and puts forward specific measures for the strategy.Combined with PEST model and Porter's five forces model,this paper analyzes the external business environment HBC is facing and the huge development potential of the domestic market.And through the analysis of the macro key and micro environment of HBC car rental company,the development opportunities and challenges of HBC car rental company are analyzed,and according to the data from the questionnaire survey,the main problems and obstacles faced by HBC car rental company are summarized,the target market is accurately positioned and the feasible suggestions for strategic development are put forward.The purpose of this paper is to explore the strategic development mode of the car rental market by using the strategic development theory,and to put forward the strategic implementation focus of corporate culture,organizational structure,service mode and other aspects from a new perspective,hoping to provide some reference for the car rental industry.
