Using several management theories, this thesis analyses the main problems faced by the corporation MT in its business environment, makes the strategic choices based on an understanding of MT's strategic position and proposes the actions taken by MT's strategic implementation.This thesis starts with the introduction of background of MT and its problems, secures MT's competitive position by outside environment analysis and structural analysis and then points out how to deal effectively with the changes and the consideration which are influential in reaching strategic decisions by further analysis of MT's strategic capability. Based on the above mentioned, the strategic direction and competitive strategies are formulated and then it is proposed MT's future decisions and the solution to the critical considerations in strategic analysis. Finally, this thesis designs MT's functional strategies to fulfill the established strategic implementation.This text has put forward the corporation MT's development goal, basic strategy and strategic measure in the future. The strategic objective is to" look for the truth and be practical, develop in harmony; Reform the system, raise the efficiency; attention to market, win the competition". On basic strategy, it uses differentiation competitive strategy on based of brand strategy, marketing strategy, the resources strategy and scientific and technological development strategy. In order to realize strategy, the measure is it promote the brand image, strengthen the ability of marketing, promote the competitiveness of market, Combine various resources which optimize the corporation MT, strengthen environmental protection, Strengthen scientific and technological development, overcome the craft limitation, Improve the human resources management level, ensure developing, implement the organizational innovation, improve the strength of carrying out.The study of the development strategy of MT is not only the process of making strategic decisions, but also that of implementation and bringing it into works. This thesis contains three main elements: strategic analysis is to understand MT's strategic position, strategic choice is to determine MT's behavior process, strategic implementation is to transform strategy into actions.
