Car leasing industry,as a rising industry,has received attention from all aspects.However,the development of this new industry is full of twists and turns due to the fact that the social credit mechanism has not been established,the trade policies and regulations are not perfect,and the management level of individual car rental enterprises is backward,fighting on their own,and disorderly competition,and so on,which makes the development of this new industry full of twists and turns.And car rental companies in several other major cities face the same dilemma.Therefore,how the car rental company can do a more effective strategy and market development needs more in-depth research and improvement.Based on this,this paper takes HBC car rental company as the research background on the basis of studying the related theories of strategic management,and first uses PEST model.The internal and external environment of HBC car rental company is analyzed by Porter's five-force model and internal resources and capability.Then,SWOT matrix is used to analyze the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threats faced by enterprises.Finally,on the basis of the comprehensive analysis and evaluation mentioned above,the overall strategy and differentiated competitive strategy of HBC car rental company are formulated,as well as the implementation strategies and suggestions.
