Management Game(abbreviated as MG)is a course that is jointly set up by Carnegie University and Northeastern University.AIO Company,whose main business is watch production,is a multinational company operating under the MG environment.On the basis of a mature theory of strategic management framework,this paper is aimed to launch a more systematic study about the development strategy of AIO Company from 2014 to 2016.This paper contains seven chapters.The first chapter elaborates the research background and its significance as well as research ideas and the main content,research methods and so on.The second chapter outlines the strategy management theory,including the connotation and characteristics of strategic management as well as its function,level and process,which lay theoretical foundation for this research.To give the author a general understanding of this study,the third chapter makes a brief introduction of the organization structure,enterprise culture,the main products and its market coverage.The next chapter makes a careful analysis of the internal(including the internal environment of AIO Company)and external environment(including the political,legal,economic-social,cultural and technological environment,as well as other macro-environment)of AIO Company from 2014 to 2016.According to the analysis,this paper draws the corresponding SWOT matrix and points out the strengths,weaknesses,opportunities and threats of AIO Company.Based on the environmental analysis resulting from the SWOT matrix,in the fifth chapter,this paper selects the Expansion-type strategy as the overall development strategy for the next three years for AIO Company after clearing the strategic target.Besides,this paper also helps to make strategic choice for two main products respectively.The sixth chapter demonstrates the strategy in 2014,2015 and 2016 of AIO Company in the aspect of planning,actions and effectiveness.The seventh chapter is the summary of this paper.
