Research On Management Optimization Of Financial Sharing Service Center Of Enterprise Group Under The Background Of "Next-generation Information"

With the rise and application of new information technology led by big data and cloud computing,traditional financial accounting is facing the pressure of transformation and upgrading.As the first step of financial transformation,financial sharing services began to receive the attention of the state and enterprises,the number of enterprises implementing financial sharing services in China also showed an explosive growth trend.However,by comparing the construction cases of financial sharing service centers and the early cases in recent years,it is found that the information systems and organizational structures used by them have not changed.In essence,the theory of financial sharing service and the management method of the shared service center are not optimized and innovated with the development of the times.Domestic benchmark enterprises have realized that with the "Next-generation Information" era to the financial sharing service center needs to be managed optimization,and began to try to integrate new technology and new thinking into the financial sharing service center management,and strive to explore the future direction of management development.But for other domestic enterprises,its practice of financial sharing services has just started,let alone thinking about the financial sharing service center in the "Next-generation Information" era of management optimization path,has not yet formed its own management optimization program.Therefore,under this circumstance,it is necessary and urgent to study the management optimization of financial sharing service center in the context of " Nextgeneration Information ".In the context of "Next-generation Information" background,the research methods such as literature research,normative research method and case study method are used in the optimization of management of financial sharing service center.Firstly,it summarizes the research literature on financial sharing services at home and abroad and briefly introduces the relevant concepts and theoretical basis,and secondly,analyzes the management status and development trend of the domestic financial sharing service center in depth,and then puts forward the management optimization path of the financial sharing service center in the context of "Next-generation Information".Third,with The X Group's Financial Sharing Service Center as a case,with the management optimization path as the framework,the management optimization scheme is put forward in line with the actual situation of the enterprise.Then,some safeguard measures are put forward for the effective implementation of management optimization.Finally,the conclusions of the study are summarized and the future management development of the financial sharing service center is expected.The expectation can make the manager understand the management status quo of the shared service center,and provide reference and guidance for the subsequent management optimization.
