Research On Operation Optimization Of M Group’s Financial Shared Service Center Under The New Generation Information Technology

In this era of rapid technological progress,the application of various emerging technologies has penetrated into many fields.Cloud computing,blockchain,artificial intelligence and other new generation information technologies are also increasingly widely used in the daily management of enterprises,playing a vital role.Although the application of science and technology has brought many benefits to enterprises,it also requires enterprises to optimize and adjust their financial models in line with the trend of the times.Under the background of new technologies in the world today,the financial sharing service center has become a new platform that many enterprises are striving to establish.However,as the construction of financial shared service center has only risen in recent years in China,which is relatively lack of practical experience,it is necessary to constantly explore the development path.Among them,it is a very effective new path to optimize the operation of financial shared service center of enterprises by combining the new generation of information technology.However,through research,it is found that the optimization of financial sharing service centers of many enterprises has not used the new generation of information technology well,and the theoretical research and management methods of financial sharing service centers have not kept up with the pace of the times.Therefore,this paper aims to optimize and adjust the operation of enterprise financial sharing service centers with the new generation of information technology,and actively explore new ways of financial development.In this paper,M Group is selected as the case study object to explore the operation optimization path of financial shared service center under the new generation of information technology.First of all,it introduces the research background,research methods,research purpose and significance of this paper.It uses the literature research method to summarize and sort out the current domestic and international development of the financial sharing service center collected,forming a literature review,and briefly introduces the relevant concepts and theoretical basis.Then,it analyzes the financial sharing service center of M Group as a case,and introduces the current operation of the financial sharing service center of M Group,This paper analyzes the problems existing in the operation of the financial shared service center of M Group and the causes of the problems.Then,the normative research method is used to analyze and find out the method of combining it with the financial sharing service center of the Group by using big data,cloud computing,artificial intelligence,mobile Internet and other technologies,so as to draw optimization suggestions.Finally,through the summary of the full text,the conclusions and prospects of this paper are elaborated.
