| In today’s world,under the background of economic globalization,along with the development of information technology and the improvement of enterprise management level,transnational enterprise groups have realized the allocation of resources on a global scale.With the rapid development of multinational corporations and large enterprise groups,the scale of enterprises also expands rapidly,and a series of management problems such as control intensity,management efficiency and management cost appear.Promoting the innovation of management theory research and practice of multinational corporations and large enterprise groups,the financial service sharing center came into being.The establishment of financial service sharing center not only simplifies the financial accounting process and reduces labor costs,but also helps to strengthen the group headquarters’ control over subsidiaries and promote the group’s cooperation ability and financial capabilities.M Group is a French company,headquartered in Clermont-Ferrand,France.It is a listed tyre manufacturer.Through continuous innovation and development,the company has become the world’s largest tire brand.M Group’s products are sold in more than 170 countries around the world.Since its entry into the Chinese market in 1995,M Group has established two factories in Shenyang and Shanghai.Due to the pressure of fierce competition in the same industry and the need of economic development,M Group established the financial service sharing center in 2018,which has been in operation for nearly five years.However,there are still some problems,including organizational structure,business process,information system,internal personnel’s cognition of financial sharing and performance appraisal.M Group has the advantages of manufacturing industry background,and its development stage is in the period of operation optimization.Therefore,the thesis selects M Group as the research object and deeply investigates the operation of its financial service sharing centre to provide optimizing suggestions.Firstly,this thesis combs the relevant theories of financial service sharing center and introduces the current situation of financial service sharing center in foreign countries and China.Secondly,through field investigations and questionnaires,the thesis investigates the operating conditions of M Group’s financial service sharing center in our country,and identifies the problems existing in its current operation process.Finally,this thesis proposes optimization strategies,including optimizing organizational structure and business process,improving the intelligence of information system,strengthening internal personnel’s cognition of financial sharing,and improving performance evaluation system.The research can contribute to the optimization and upgrading of M Group’s financial sharing centre in its followup operation and promote the vigorous development of the group enterprises.The study can also provide references for enterprises in the same industry to establish and operate financial service sharing center. |
