With the rapid development of the world economy and trade,the commodity services of various countries can circulate in the world,which has brought impact and challenges to the development of modern large-scale enterprises.How to occupy a place in fierce international competition has become the first issue for enterprises to think.With the steady improvement of the domestic economy,many real estate enterprises are facing increasing market pressure.After the rapid development of the past 30 years,real estate enterprises have entered a new period of development and transformation.The "reshuffle" of the industry has caused many small and medium-sized enterprises to face a crisis of bankruptcy.At the same time,large enterprises have also encountered a bottleneck in economic growth.They have gradually realized that only by changing the original management model,adjusting the economic and industrial structure,and reducing the operating costs of enterprises can better adapt to the market.How to achieve the sustainable development of enterprises and how to become more standardized,standardized and process-oriented from the original decentralized and unwritten management model is an urgent problem for domestic enterprise development.The financial sharing service that emerged in the 1980 s has a significant advantage in solving the problems of large corporate organizations with multiple levels,redundancy,poor information transmission,and high management costs.With the development of large data cloud computing in recent years,it has provided it with a solid technology.foundation.With the help of Golden Butterfly EAS,Vanke,as the leader of the real estate industry,has achieved the construction and operation of a financial sharing service center with data sharing as the core,covering all aspects of financial transformation and value enhancement,and has greatly improved management.Level and work efficiency.Based on the study of the current situation and case analysis,this paper compares the differences between the traditional financial management model and the sharing model and their advantages and disadvantages,and analyzes the basic situation of M company under the operating status of financial sharing service center(usually abbreviated to FSSC).In view of M company's current financial management model,such problems as high management costs,low process complexity and efficiency,redundancy,etc.,a solution to optimize the financial sharing service center is proposed.By optimizing the financial process of the financial sharing center,supporting the management system needed to introduce the sharing model,and optimizing the corresponding talent team,we explored how to operate a more complete financial sharing center in real estate enterprises.We hope to improve the status and function of finance department by optimizing finance sharing service center and exerting the potential of finance department in finance,information and decision support.
