Research On The Evaluation System Of Financial Capability Maturity Of Financial Sharing Service Center

With the development of economy and the upgrade of management demand,Financial Sharing Service Center is gradually promoted and applied.However,due to the complexity of the construction process of the Financial Sharing Service Center,it is difficult for the personnel concerned about the status of the Financial Sharing Service Center to have a clear and accurate understanding of it.Based on the theoretical research of financial capability of Financial Shared Service Center,this paper introduces the idea of CMM Capability Maturity Model,and combines the influencing factors of Financial Shared Service Center,constructs the financial capability maturity evaluation index system of Financial Shared Service Center.This paper uses the method of AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation to realize quantitative calculation,in order to explore a set of quantitative and comparable evaluation system for the construction of Financial Sharing Service Center from the perspective of financial ability.Through the horizontal and vertical comparison of the evaluation results,the financial sharing service center can have a clear and intuitive understanding of its own financial capacity building,and can find that the construction is in a short board,so as to improve pertinence and accurately optimize the service center.H company is a state-owned listed company of high and new information technology,which plays an important role in the field of civil it.It has many provincial and municipal subsidiaries and branches.As the second level unit of the group,H company has been highly valued by the group management for the pilot construction of Financial Sharing Service Center.Through the evaluation of the maturity of financial capacity of the Financial Sharing Service Center of H company,this paper makes clear the situation of its financial capacity building,and analyzes the main problems in the stage of financial capacity building based on the evaluation results,and finds that the urgent problems of the Financial Sharing Service Center of H Company are: the financial system of the subsidiary company is not standardized,and it cannot play the scale effect;the lack of personnel performance and team.The system of personnel training and promotion is not perfect,which is prone to brain drain.In view of these problems,this paper puts forward the corresponding improvement suggestions,including unifying the financial system,realizing random dispatch,establishing the performance system,implementing the performance appraisal andbuilding the knowledge system,clarifying the training mechanism to promote the continuous optimization of the Financial Sharing Service Center.
