As the market economy continues to develop and the social division of labor becomes more and more sophisticated?enterprises need to achieve sustainable development in complex and ever-changing market competition?reduce the production and operation costs of enterprises,optimize internal financial management models,and thus enable enterprises to achieve maximum value.Chemical.Many large companies have turned their attention to the new financial model of the Financial Shared Services Center.How to judge the achievements of financial sharing in enterprises,how the financial sharing will be measured by the enterprise,and what aspects should be included in the measurement content have been widely concerned by theoretical and practical researchers.At present,each group enterprise has different performance evaluation methods for financial shared service centers.Analysis of the status and performance evaluation system of financial sharing service centers helps to enrich the understanding of financial sharing and improve the value of application financial sharing.This paper first expounds the research background and significance,sorts out a large number of financial sharing related literature,summarizes the concept of financial sharing?the implementation of key elements and the literature related to performance evaluation;based on the theory of flattening,economies of scale,system synergy,etc.The role and characteristics of the company;then use the case study method and the field investigation method to show the development history,function setting,organization information system and other status of Z company financial shared service center;then the Z company financial sharing service center as a case analysis object,in reference Based on the original performance system,the performance evaluation index system of financial shared service center with efficiency,cost?quality,satisfaction,development strategy and employee team is constructed.After screening,the improved analytic hierarchy process is used to determine the indicator.System weight;using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate the performance of Z company financial shared service center,combined with the status quo to analyze the successful experience of Z company financial sharing service center and make recommendations.This paper takes the balanced scorecard as the guiding method,and constructs the performance indicator system for the financial integration center of financial integration,which makes up for the insufficient attention of the current financial sharing center performance system to the two dimensions of strategy and personnel.It enriches the performance evaluation index of Z company's financial sharing service center,and provides a comprehensive and detailed index reference for the practice management of the financial shared service center transformation.It is hoped that it can inspire the application research of other enterprises' financial sharing service centers.
