Research On The Optimization Of Dc Operation And Maintenance Service Management System In R Company

With the continuous innovation of information technology and the deep development in the application of the industry,there are new industries,new formats and new models based on information technology that are constantly emerging.As the development strategy and customer demand come to the ground,the number and scale of data center construction are also increasing,and with the popularization of information technology such as Internet,cloud computing and Internet of things,the operation and maintenance of IT has become more and more complex.IT department not only manage those physical devices,but also manage virtual equipment,so they will also have higher requirements for IT services.In this paper,the management system of information technology service of R company is taken as the research object,using literature method,interview method,questionnaire survey method,correlation analysis method and empirical research.First of all,the research background,purpose and significance are summarized;secondly,from home and abroad for information technology service related knowledge points are reviewed,and especially analyzes the ITSS capability maturity model and data center service capability maturity model,and noted the similarities and differences between the two.Third,through statistical analysis of R company's internal and customers interview data,and with data center service capability maturity model,this paper points out that R company existed problems and shortcomings in the data center technology service system.According to these problems,the author put forward and implement optimization method on the service system.Finally,through the design of questionnaire to carry out empirical research,to determine the optimal results in the data center technical service system.These enhance the competitiveness and achieve the strategic objectives of information technology services in R company.
