At present, with in-depth development of economic globalization, huge amounts of data growing fast, the enterprise information has become increasingly mature. At the same time, the market is fiercely competitive. In order to play scale effect, enterprise groups established shared service center( SSC) gradually which can further reduce the cost, increase operational efficiency and improve the whole value of business groups. However, the traditional enterprise which has established financial shared services center( FSSC) have undergone significant changes on internal process management, organizational personnel structure, IT technical environment and operations. While enterprise groups were unable to evaluate the level of competence of FSSC, so that they couldn’t take appropriate and effective measures to improve the level. From the perspective of BPR, the enterprise groups need to evaluate the ability of FSSC to optimize and improve internal processes, enhance efficiency, improve service quality and choose outsourcing services better. From these, enterprise groups can establish good ecological communities of shared service.Based on FSSC, this article will establish four evaluation dimensions which are quality, flexibility, cost and safety, introduce CMM model so that rank five CMM degrees and describe the feature and KPA of each degree. On the basis of establishing 4 first level assessment indexes: personnel, process and operations management as well as IT technology, it also can be divided into 16 second level and 52 third level assessment indexes which build the evaluation system. Also, the article will make use of E-AHP to determine the weight of evaluation index and use fuzzy integrated evaluation which can translate the qualitative index to quantitative index. Though these, we build the FSSC-CMM model to evaluate the degrees of FSSC of enterprise groups and to know the merits, demerits and development directions. These can achieve continuous improvement and optimization of FSSC and provide suggestions for the choices of enterprise outsourcing services. In the end, this article will use the case of Z enterprise to apply the FSSC-CMM model and evaluate the maturity level of its FSSC. Though these, the enterprise can find the insufficient and take measures to achieve higher level. Consequently, the FSSC of Z enterprise can improve and optimize the ability.
