As the epoch’s development, human resources management transform thebusiness partner from traditional human resources. Under the background, the typeof human resources shared service center is adopting by more and more enterprises.This centre can reduce the cost and promoted the quality of service, through theresources reasonable disposition and professional sharing. The shared service centrecentralizes the traditional administrative human resources. Human resourcesmanagement concentrates the main energy under take the new role which cooperatewith the business department and take part in the enterprise strategic decisionmaking.This thesis first introduces the research background, research methods, themain significance and main contents, summarily sorted out the basic train of thoughtand guiding principles for writing, especially introduces the shared services center ’sdevelopment status, features and trends of China in recent years. The author analyzethe human resources shared services center concept as well as the difference fromthe traditional characteristics of the human resources, and review the theoreticalbasis, strategic human resource management theory is the theoretical origin, scaleeconomy effect and the allocation of human resources in enterprises is the theoreticalmechanism of human resources shared services center. In this thesis, the authortaking DHL company set up human resources shared services center in China as anexample. The author introduce the current situation of DHL company’s humanresources system, and analysis the existing problems, than presents the establishmentof human resources shared services center is necessary. At last, the authorintroduces the establishment of human resources shared services center’s mattersneeding attention and challenges. In this thesis, the author also explained theconstruction process of shared service centre and provides personal suggestion baseon analyzing the implement effect of shared services centre, from three aspects, personnel, efficiency and normalization. The thesis introduce a new method thatcombination the human resource outsourcing with shared service centre. This will beable to provide some reference value for international enterprise that have quantitiesemployee,big scale and numerous branches.
