Study On The Improvement Of Safety Traceability System Of Meat And Vegetables In D City

Food safety is a major strategic issue related to the national economy and the people’s livelihood.However,in recent years,food safety incidents of meat and vegetables have been frequent.In order to ensure the safe supply of meat and vegetables,the government has been continually exploring until the discovery of the safety traceability system of meat and vegetables,which can reduce the occurrence of meat and vegetable food safety incidents to some extent.Many cities across the country rely on the guidance of government departments,and have already started retrospective trials of meat,vegetables and even Chinese herbal medicines.D City as a pilot city,there are many problems in the process of construction and operation of safety traceability system of meat and vegetables,and it is better to learn from other countries and regions with advanced experience in the field of safety traceability system of meat and vegetables to improve the safety traceability system of meat and vegetables in D city.This paper takes the construction of safety traceability system of meat and vegetables in D City as the entry point,and uses literature analysis and survey methods to study the safety traceability system of meat and vegetables in D city,then compares and analyzes the research status of various types of traceability system construction at home and abroad.The field investigation of the meat and vegetable safety traceability system found that the safety traceability of meat and vegetable system in D city mainly has information infrastructure and application from the construction to the operation process,and can not keep pace with the times.The low rate and lack of supervision of the merchants at each node of the traceability system are caused by the lack of a sound legal system in the traceability system,the lack of collaboration between the regulatory authorities,and the insufficient publicity of the government’s traceability system.Finally,we must find four measures to establish sound laws and regulations,standardize the construction of wholesale markets,strengthen cooperation between government departments,and strengthen the training system of traceability system.We hope to promote the development of D city meat and vegetable safety traceability system.It brings corresponding experience to the construction of traceability system in other cities in China.
