| With the increasing development of society, people's demand changes from physical demand to safety demand. Meanwhile, a serial of food safety problems (such as BSE, dioxin, etc.) made people pay more and more attention to food safety and sanitation. With development of economy globalization and world food trade, the problem of meat products safety becomes a problem throughout the world. In order to solve the problem, many countries are developing and implementing food traceability system. However, as for our country, situation of food safety especially meat products safety problem is still serious, for attention paid to food safety is much later than that in other countries.The production process of meat product is a complex system control engineering, which refers to many aspects, such as breeding, slaughter, processing, distribution and quality control. In addition, the situations of gradual separation of meat production and consumption as well as the complexity of the food processing chain make it difficult for consumers to obtain meat production information of safety quality. In order to solve the problem, this paper constructs a meat products traceability system suitable to our country based on analysis of integrated meat product supply chain management and development of traceability systems in other countries. It can improve information asymmetry between consumers and manufactures and help to drive meat safety production and build up brand.Firstly, this article summarizes development and implement of traceability system in other countries. Secondly, since the traceability system is bases on the meat product supply chain, it brings up the advanced model of meat product supply chain, analyzes problems existing in meat product supply chain, and furthermore, gives some suggestions to solve the problems. Thirdly, it puts forward RFID to identify animal individual comparing traceability techniques used in other countries, and makes preliminary study of the application of RFID technique. Finally, this paper makes requirement analysis on traceability information system using OMT, builds up logical model of traceability system by UML. And finally, constructs integrated model of traceability system in supply chain, which can realize information sharing among meat product supply chain members and customers. |
