Research On The Traceability System Of Fruits And Vegetables Products Supply Chain

With the improvement of living standards and the enhancement of awareness of safe-consumption, especially with the deepening of the international trade in fruits and vegetables products, higher requirements about the quality and safety have been proposed. In recent years, there have been a series quality and safety issues of agricultural products, which have highlighted the urgency and importance of building the traceability system. However, different from the traceability approach of livestock (such as pigs, cows), the fruits and vegetables products are difficult to identify, and they have specific attributes, the mode of production, circulation channel, quality management and packing process, so the single traceability approach may not satisfy the traceability needs. It is essential and important to analyze the influence factors and classify the mode of traceability by depth, extent and precision. Thus, the main purpose is to introduce the thought of classification of fruits and vegetables products’supply chain, and analyze the characteristics of the mode of traceability, and provide reference for setting up traceability system.In this paper, literature study, spot investigation, case study are used, and through a real case, part of the achievements is tested and verified. It is mainly include the following contents:(1) On the basis of analyzing the background and the significance, summarizing the studies about the agriculture products tracing, and organizing the thought, the article content and the article structure. Combined with the theoretical demand, some related studies are learned.(2) The influence factors of the fruits and vegetables products supply chain tracing are analyzed. Through analyzing the ways of circulation (direct sending, wholesale center type, deep processing) and packing format(processed packaging, simple packaging), and combined with the developing trend, it can be divided into four categories of fruits and vegetables supply chain traceability modes.(3) The traceability system of the fruits and vegetables products supply chain is analyzed. By analyzing the circulation pattern of each kind of fruits and vegetables supply chain, determining the structure of traceability system and the system requirements of each kind of traceability mode, and then analyzing the IT infrastructure which identification technology, software architecture, network topology are included.(4) Case study. Taking the orange selling from Sanxia Logistics Park to Chongqing wholesaler market as an example, analyzing each link of fruits and vegetables tracing, both mode of traceability and traceability flow are included, and then making the implementation plan of the fruits and vegetables products tracing, which includes software architecture of the traceability system, the net topology in the park and the key server selection, by this way, part of achievements is tested.
