Along with the development of the society,the quality and safety of food become more and more attention-getting.Our country has a huge demand on meat product,especially the pork.In recent years,however,the exposure of pork quality and safety problems,seriously affected the confidence of consumers.So,the construction of a safe,efficient Meat quality and safety traceability system is badly needed by government,enterprise and customers.All of system users can use the traceability system to supervise production and trace production information,thus ensuring quality of food.For meat quality and safety problems,this paper developed a meat(pork)quality and safety traceability system.System uses the RFID(radio frequency identification)and coding technique of EPC for individual identification and collecting traceability information.The database of traceability information system can manage and analysis the traceability infromationg.Enterprise users can use the client for supervise production and trace production information.Consumers can take advantage of the traceability information from system platform web pages.First,in this paper,the individual identification of livestock coding scheme is designed.Based on the EPC coding scheme,combined with the relevant laws and regulations,the domestic management approach has redesigned the coding scheme.The coding scheme consists of a version number,domain management,individual identification of three parts.The individual marking part contains two parts in EPC object classification number and serial number.Second,determine the realization of the information collection and livestock positioning using RFID technology.By analyzing the principle and advantage of RFID technology and other content,and has determined the information acquisition technology of traceability system.And its application to expand the breeding materials take process,ensure the feed,veterinary drugs and other supplies to regulate the use of.At the same time in order to realize the scientific farming,the use of LANDMARC positioning technology,records of pig activity orbit,to get the amount of exercise,the realization of the ecological pig farming.Third,the business process each link of pork supply chain is analyzed and designed.Designed by the pig breeding,slaughtering and processing,transportation,sales of several aspects of work flow,then the subsystem need to record information has been determined,and lay the foundation for the system development.Fourth,the system implementation stage identified using c#language,with Visual Studio 2010 as software system development,database using SQL server 2008 as the backstage database software system,and eventually developed aquaculture information management subsystem.
