Since the birth of the Balanced Scorecard,it has formed a wave between large and small companies at home and abroad.The main reason is that the Balanced Scorecard can promote a comprehensive and comprehensive evaluation of corporate performance.So far,most enterprises in China still regard the evaluation method of financial indicators as the main means of enterprise performance evaluation,but the result is a single and limited situation of performance evaluation results,which will bring serious problems to the long-term development of enterprises.consequence.In the context of the rapid development of the Internet,shared bicycle companies have emerged as the times require.For shared bicycle companies,the balanced scorecard is a new type of performance evaluation system,and as far as the current development of shared bicycle enterprises is concerned,it should be selected.Balance the scorecard for performance evaluation.Therefore,Y shared bicycle company was selected as a case study to introduce the construction and implementation of the balanced scorecard,in order to play a positive role in the implementation of the balanced scorecard for shared bicycle companies.This paper is divided into six parts.The first part is the introduction,which mainly introduces the research significance and research background.The second part is the theoretical overview,which mainly introduces the theory related to performance evaluation and balanced scorecard.The third part introduces Sharing the characteristics of the bicycle industry,and expounding the strategy of Y shared bicycle company and the existing performance evaluation system of Y company through SWOT analysis method.The fourth part analyzes the problems existing in Y company's existing performance evaluation system and the causes of the problems.The fifth part is to combine Y company's industry characteristics and analyzed company strategy to build a balanced scorecard belonging to Y company.The first is to select the indicators,and then use the analytic hierarchy process to assign the weights of the indicators.The situation in which Y Company applied the Balanced Scorecard and its effect after applying the Balanced Scorecard.The sixth part is the conclusion that Y Company got when constructing and applying the Balanced Scorecard.Through the construction and implementation of the Y-shared bicycle company's balanced scorecard,the development of Y-shared bicycle companies is promoted,and it is hoped that it can provide reference for other shared bicycle companies.
