With the increase in the number of Express Hotel and Hostels,the hotels has undergone great changes in the domestic environment,the pressure of competition on the enterprise was more and more heavy.Facing the incresaingly severe survival environment and the multi-level demands of customers,hotels need to enhance their core competence,improve their internal management.As a human resource system,the core of performance management has become an important competitive advantage in gaining access to one of the tools and the establishment of a scientific and effective performance evalutatio system is key to bussiness sucess.Yunhai Hotel was established in1991,the evalution methods adopted are limited in the range of traditinal financial indexes.Managers of hotel onl y setecet some indicators,catering income and room income,to evalute the hotel's assets,opretation status,profitability and growth ability.The main defects in the current index system for the assessment of performance management in Yunhai hotel,such a s cognitive warp,non-union of strategic objective,unreasonable indicators,short of effective employee patticipation system,lack of incentives,which is now incompetent for the market competition and enterprise development.Went with this change of the development mode and the fiercely competitive,th e performance evaluation system of Yunhai hotel also needs to change.The artical have analyzed performance management system in Yunhai hotel by using Balanced Score Card(BSC)and Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP),and make some advices on the question existent.To improve enterprise core competence ability and realize the sustainable development through some advices,such as setting up the people-oriented scientific performance management principle,cultivating a performance-oriented enterprise culture,enhancing performance management training,establishment of feedback loop,perfecting stimulating system.
