With the rapid development of the Internet industry and high-tech industry,the demand for mobile office is increasing,and the scale of IT-related service industry is also growing rapidly.In recent years,the competition in the IT service industry has become increasingly fierce,which has led companies to focus on how to improve their performance management capabilities to maintain their competitive advantage in the industry.At present,the IT service industry still adopts a single financial indicator as the enterprise performance evaluation method,resulting in the implementation of the strategy is not effectively implemented,and can not achieve the expected goals.The research focus of this paper is mainly based on the development status of IT service provider DR company.From the perspective of enterprise strategic development,the enterprise performance is reconstructed.Based on the balanced scorecard theory,a set of performance evaluation management methods more suitable for DR companies is designed to meet The company's strategic development goals require.This paper is mainly based on the balanced scorecard theory,combined with the operating characteristics of DR company,using the theory combined with the case,and using DR company as the research object to conduct performance evaluation system research.The main contents of this thesis include:First,review and elaborate domestic and foreign references,focusing on theoretical research and practical experience at home and abroad in the past three years.Second,for the case company analysis,DR company as an IT service company,the current enterprise performance evaluation method still uses the indicators of operating income growth rate,market share and other indicators to measure the implementation of corporate strategic objectives,this method is lack of non-financial The consideration of the indicators makes it impossible to achieve the disconnection from the company's strategic goals.Third,through the interview method of executives,the SWOT analysis matrix is used to confirm the strategic goals of DR companies.Fourth,based on the strategic goals of the DR company,the DR company performance evaluation system based on the balanced scorecard is designed,including the index decomposition of the four dimensions,and the calculation company of the indicator measurement.Fifth,according to the confirmed evaluation indicators,the weights of the evaluation system indicators are calculated by the analytic hierarchy process.The scores of the new and old index systems of DR Company are compared.It is concluded that the DR company's enterprise performance evaluation method based on the balanced scorecard is more closely related to the company's strategic objectives from the evaluation dimension,operability and evaluation effect,and more in line with the company's development strategy..Finally,this paper proposes the corresponding implementation measures for the new performance evaluation.
