Since the beginning of the 21 st century,with the continuous advancement of China’s urbanization process,many enterprises in the engineering consulting industry have begun to standardize in management,business,and profitability.The entire industry is transitioning from maturity to maturity.Hebei QS Engineering Consulting Co.,Ltd.was established in 2006.After more than ten years of development,it has become a leading enterprise in Hebei Province.Hebei QS Engineering Consulting Co.,Ltd.has a good development opportunity to promote the whole process engineering consulting,increase the investment of municipal facilities and the development of a set of policies and industry trends in Hebei Province.This paper takes Hebei QS Engineering Consulting Co.,Ltd.as an example to study its development strategy.Firstly,using PEST analysis method,Porter industry competitive structure analysis model and EFE matrix to analyze the external environment of Hebei QS Engineering Consulting Co.,Ltd.,the analysis shows that the company can fully develop the assembly-type building,implement the whole process consultation,and develop Hebei Province.The construction industry information development program,etc.,responded well and basically took advantage of opportunities and avoided threats.Then use the IFE matrix to judge the current internal state of the company,and clarify that the main advantages are concentrated in the aspects of professional advantages,comprehensive advantages,rich project experience,and high loyalty of the company.Then determine the practice concept of QS company development,use SWOT analysis matrix to make strategic choice according to internal and external environment,determine the strategy of“strategic alliance + differentiation”,and explain the specific practice of company’s cost leading and differentiated competitive strategy in company positioning.And use the three-level theory to make the overall strategic planning,combined with the company-level product development strategy,the "Internet + full process engineering consulting","BIM + full process engineering consulting","digital twin + BIM + full process consulting" organic Embedding the development stages of short,medium and long,and finally expounding the implementation measures from the perspective of functional strategy,and implementing recommendations from four aspects: talent development,market development,brand establishment and mechanism innovation.This paper hopes to combine relevant theoretical knowledge with the current situation of Hebei QS Engineering Consulting Co.,Ltd.to sort out the advantages and disadvantages of the company and the opportunities and threats of the external environment,conduct strategic analysis and selection of the company,and formulate a strategic plan in line with the development of QS.And give certain implementation recommendations,thus promoting the continuous development of Hebei QS Engineering Consulting Co.,Ltd.,and provide some reference for the same type of enterprises to promote the development of the industry.
