In recent years, engineering consulting enterprises raise much in China, andengineering consulting service level enhances unceasingly.GZ engineering consultingcorporation is a private corporation founded after China officially joined the world tradeorganization. After10years of development, GZ corporation has become a popularityin local engineering consulting industry. At present, as the government put forward theslogan of the administrative system reform, and a new round of market transitionopportunity of China’s economy, GZ corporation also ushers in the important transitionperiod. This thesis hopes through the strategic management theory combined with theactual situation of GZ corporation, clears the competitive environment and its corporateresources, establishs strategic plan for its future development, so as to improvecompetitiveness, promote GZ corporation continue to grow stronger, provides somereference for the similar enterprise.This thesis through studies the actual situation of GZ engineering consultingcorporation, using the porter five forces analysis and PEST analysis to reach enterprise’sexternal environment, lists the external opportunities and threats posed byenvironmental factors; through to the GZ corporation internal organization structure,human resources, financial situation and marketing situation, lists the internalenvironmental factors bringing advantages and disadvantages. By using SWOT matrixto enumerate the GZ corporation alternative strategy, this thesis expounds the finalchoice of differentiation focus strategy and establishment of the strategic alliance. Thethesis put forward the concrete strategy implementation and control plan in the end.
