In today's economic globalization and industrial globalization,corporate competition has changed from single-enterprise competition to competition among supply chains.The improvement of supply chain performance has become a strategic choice for most companies.Supplier quality management,as an important means of improving supply chain performance,has received widespread attention from enterprises.An excellent supplier quality management system can bring huge competitive advantages to companies in product design,quality,and cost.Supplier quality management has an important impact on the survival and development of an enterprise.This article takes the company's supplier quality management as an example,and based on the theories of supplier quality management,supplier selection and evaluation,early product quality planning,PDCA,etc.,analyzes the current situation of company's supplier quality management,and draws 3 A key problem point is explained in detail.First of all,the issue that the supplier evaluation system index weight is subjective and cannot guide the procurement operation.The evaluation index was re-selected by using the expert opinion method,and then the weights of each evaluation index were recalculated by using the analytic hierarchy process.A supplier evaluation system that set the index weights reasonably and truly reflects the quality management level of the supplier was used to guide procurement operation.Secondly,aiming at the problem of frequent quality alarms caused by insufficient mass production of new product parts,the APQP system is constructed to improve the early detection and early prevention of new product design and development quality and quality problems.Finally,aiming at the problem that the A-level quality alarm failed to achieve the goal,an improvement plan was proposed based on the PDCA improvement cycle theory.This article is goal-oriented.Through the two dimensions of supplier quality management and component quality management in supplier quality management,the status quo of the company's supplier quality management has been improved and optimized,and the actual problems of the company have been solved.aims.It has certain reference significance for the follow-up research on supplier quality management,and it also has application value for the supplier quality management of similar enterprises.
