Abstract/Summary:
With the development of modern industry,the social division of labor is becoming more and more meticulous.Enterprises are focusing more and more on their core competitiveness,and the non-core business were subcontracted.Therefore,the modern supply chain management had also made great progress.Supplier management,being as an important part of supply chain management,especially advanced supplier quality management,was paid more attention by enterprise.Advanced supplier quality management includes supplier selection evaluation management and supplier quality evaluation management in the whole process of new project development.With the rapid development of China’s economy over the past 30 years,more and more people are aware of the working safety,especially the work safety at high working place.Chinese market of the aerial work platform industries is booming and there are many opportunities currently.Both international well-known brands providers and some domestic construction machinery companies have entered the market,the competition is much fiercer than before.In addition to price,on-time delivery,and after-sales service concerns,end-customer focus much more on product quality because it is directly related to the safety and reliability of aerial work.Focusing on the practical problems OJ company encountered during advance supplier quality management,according to the current evaluation system and the data base,the thesis does analyze the evaluation method and index,and point out the imperfection concerning the index design and the evaluation confirmation.Taking advantage of the method of comparative analysis,base on the latest best practice on advanced supplier quality management,the company’s new product development process and the supplier development management model were compared with general advanced product quality planning process management in the automotive industry,and the supplier selection evaluation and the supplier quality management evaluation during the new product development process in advanced supplier quality management were reviewed.This thesis applies Plan-Do-Check-Act methodology to analyze the problems of the evaluation system,find the root causes and take actions for improvement,try to take the objective and quantitative indexes based on facts and data to reduce subjective factors.By using the analytic hierarchy process,focusing on the suppliers quality system evaluation,supplier performance evaluation and capacity evaluation,the indexes were adjusted,and the combination weight of the evaluation indexes were redefined as well.Finally,by case studying,the results of improved evaluation were verified,and the effect of improved evaluation method and continuous improvement were introduced.This article is very practical and significative for reference and guiding to the construction machinery manufacturers,especially for those domestic aerial work platform manufacturing counterparts who encountered supplier management problems,this article provides the supplier selection and new product development process for the supplier of advanced quality management evaluation methods and index design.
