| Under the background of economic globalization, the competition among enterprises is no longer individual competition, and the competition among supply chains has been integrated into it. Product quality is the life of enterprise, as the source of the enterprise’s production, the quality of the supplier’s products has an important influence on the overall development of the enterprise. Establishing a good supplier quality management model does not only play a multiplier role in quality control, but also promote the common development of enterprises and suppliers. It is the cornerstone of the enterprise to stand in the incentive market competition.The topic of this paper is to use scientific means and methods to improve the supplier quality management model, and enable the model to run efficiently. Meanwhile achieving a more effective control of the supplier’s product quality and promoting the common development of both the enterprise and the supplier. In this paper, the supplier quality management model is improved through the research of supplier’s quality management of DS company, analysis of the main problems, drawing on the latest research results of the supplier quality management and the successful experience of other enterprises, and the combination of the real situation of DS company.Firstly, a set of scientific supplier selections and evaluation system are established by using APH, and evaluation index is quantified. Therefore the system has practical operability. Secondly, it is proposed to build a mutually beneficial supplier relationship. The establishment of specific implementation rules is to help suppliers to improve their own quality management level by starting with the relationship between the improvement and the supplier. Finally, a set of supplier classification model is suitably established for DS company’s own situation referring to several typical model of supplier classification. On this basis, a classification management strategy of the supplier is developed. It carries out the quality management to achieve the efficiency of management.As a good improvement program, it must have the appropriate safeguards for maximizing the effect. In the end of this paper, it studies the implementation of DS supplier quality management model to improve the implementation of security. It is from optimizing the organizational structure, strengthening the construction of enterprise culture, establishing a good communication mechanism and giving the supplier development space several aspects to ensure the smooth implementation of the improved program.The research of this paper indicates that supplier quality management is not control the product, but establish a set of suitable for enterprise own actual situation of management mode, improve the supplier’s quality consciousness to achieve mutual benefit and win-win. It guides the suppliers to take the initiative of seeking improvement. |
