Underthe process of current market environment development and the trend of economic globalization,the market witnesses a fierce competition,which contains not only the competition amongdifferent enterprises,but also the competition of the supply chain that directlyaffects the former competition.Corporation's development is determined by their product quality.Enterprises need to purchase raw materials and equipment when producing products,so suppliers are important partners of enterprises.Therefore,the quality of products provided by suppliers play an essential role in the development of enterprises.Under this circumstance,if enterprises want to improve the quality of the management level,they do need to establish a perfect quality management system for suppliers.Under the development of the supplier management in the enterprises,the cost reduction could be accomplished,an approach that can effectively improve the benefits of that enterprise.Besides,it is also a significant way to increase the enterprise's competitiveness and market power.paper analyzes the supplier quality management mode and researches management methods and techniques to ensure an effective supplier administration mode.The improvement of the product supply quality could result in an enhance of corporations' competitiveness and the communication between corporations and suppliers.This paper mainly takes the P company as an example,to point out the P company's management problemsby analyzing its supplier quality administration system.In addition,in order to find the underlying cause of those problems,this paper conducts researches on the supplier selection evaluation,supplier classification administration and supplier relationship.Taking some theories about supplier quality management as a guide,drawing on the experience of some companies,according to the actual situation of P company,the methods and paths for optimizing and improving supplier quality management are proposed.Moreover,this article also modifies details problems in the management,a process that can reduce costs and improve efficiency in order to improve the company's performance.When selecting suppliers and evaluating them,an analytic hierarchy process is used to form a system for evaluating and selecting suppliers,and quantitative methods are used to process the evaluation indicators to ensure that the evaluation system has strong operability.Subsequently,the relationship between the enterprise and the supplier is taken as the starting point,and a supplier relationship of mutual benefit and win-win is proposed,and the implementation of the relationship is analyzed to improve the management level of the supplier.In light of illustration and study of various supplier classification models,the supplier model based on the actual situation of P companyand the use of supplier model to carry out supplier classification management,companies must adopt targeted management measures according to the actual situation of different suppliers.This is an efficient way to improve the quality of supplier management.Some insurance measures are proposed after optimizing the supplier management mode of P company,including constructing a supplier introduction system,fully implementing supplier engineering review,building up commercial channels for communication with suppliers and establishing 4M change point management.After conducting research work,it is found that enterprises should not only focus on the control and management of product quality when managing suppliers,butalso stand on the mutually beneficial and win-win level,establish stable co-operative relations with suppliers,take some effective measures in terms of their own situations,enhance supplier quality awareness to ensure that suppliers can provide qualified services and products to enterprises.
