Research On Advanced Supplier Quality Management Of Domestic Car Enterprise

Along with the rapid development of Chinese economy in recent years, the competition between the car companies is increasingly intense,the competition of price is becoming more and more cruel,it has entered into the reshuffle stage already.Therefore,the companies must ensure the core competitiveness,especially quality management of the suppliers.Without good quality management,the sales quality problems will go out of control entirely. Though the company loses the trust of the customers little by little,and it would be in hard situation to have a long-term development.This paper is taking BAIC Motor as the research object, through applying PDCA management methods as analysis model, based on the domestic and foreign advanced supplier quality management system, and analyzing the mass production of some models of the actual market performance, put forward the localization of the supplier quality management counter measure, in order to ensure the supplier quality managementand prevent major quality problems ahead of time, avoiding serious customer complaints or lead-to-recall, etc.Main work content is as follows:The introduction of BAIC Motor development process and supplier quality management process,the standard Benchmarking analysis with Changan Motor and GM Motor, according to a mass production car market performance,then sum up the existing problems, and then analysis the reason and making improvement measures, and then through the measures after implementation of new models of aftermarket performance,to improve the effectiveness of the confirmed, the last of this subject is summarized and prospected.In this paper, the main innovation points are teasing out the localization of a set of suitable for China supplier quality management process, building the analysis model and potential problems mining the supplier quality management network diagram.In a word, this article is very practical,and also has certain guiding significance and reference value for supplier quality management of vehicle manufacturing enterprises.
