With the continuous improvement of the economy in recent years,the national income is also increasing,the number of people and property are also increasing,about how to deal with people's money in the hands of,this problem has become a focus of the study of the major banks,are hoping to,from a slice.Therefore,the high-end customer service has become the key project of the major banks.QS Bank attaches great importance to the development of high-end customer service,has been committed to creating China's best high-end customer system,but there are still many problems in the marketing of high-end customer service.Therefore,in this study,QS Bank high-end customer service as an example,focusing on marketing personnel training research.The main contents of this paper include the following aspects.First of all,through interviews with high-end customers business marketing personnel and marketing director,and relevant information from their access to the bank,sort out the current existing problems in these four aspects of bank QS high-end customer marketing personnel training,training needs analysis were not in-depth and training project is not scientific,lack of training,training result evaluation system the application of shortage,the main reason is that governance is not perfect,lack of professional marketing talents.Second,in view of the existing problems,the establishment of high-end customer service marketing personnel training system.Using the quadrant method,determine the staff gap,in terms of knowledge and skills and attitude,the marketing personnel in the lack of what knowledge and skills,or what aspects of values,and then formed the investigation report on training needs.Third,according to the training needs analysis results and QS Bank development strategy,determine the training program of QS Bank.This paper carried out from two aspects of attitude,knowledge and skills,attitude from the dimensions of occupation accomplishment,QS Bank culture and values of the three aspects of development,knowledge and skills from the dimensions of exercises,knowledge and skills curriculum project,establish training carrier,establish job skills training of four aspects of the implementation,and then form a specific training content from the project at the same time,mode,content,evaluates training results,and application results.Fourth,this paper discusses and demonstrates that,staff training must follow certain procedures and steps,must be in accordance with the training needs analysis,training and development planning implementation projects and training,training evaluation in order to carry out,which,in the training process,the need to monitor each link.Fifth,implement training system from four aspects of adjusting organizational structure,optimizing QS Bank culture,establishing training information management system and transforming result application to ensure the smooth implementation of training system.The decision-making QS Bank Training Management Training Committee and other departments are to carry out the Training Committee under the leadership of the other body under the guidance and supervision and control can not be separated from business functions;recognition of culture,culture from the optimization of QS Bank training on leadership,marketing personnel for the implementation of the combination;the current development of the Internet,the establishment of training information management system;the application of transformation is mainly from the implementation of performance and promotion etc..Through the training project research and development and practice,whether in practice,site construction,or in the construction of training teachers,have achieved good results.It is of great significance to comprehensively improve the overall quality of employees,ensure the safe operation of banks,promote the development of QS Bank human resources,promote the reform and development,and promote the sound and fast development of QS Bank.
