The competition of enterprises depends on the competition of talents, the self management ability and knowledge structure of the first line staff in each sales industry will directly affect the performance of the enterprise. But at this stage of our country in the field of sales talent training is far from meeting the fierce competition in the market environment. Therefore, it is of great theoretical significance to study the sales training.The researcher surveyed the present training situation and problems for employee of bancassurance business of Ankang Branch of Postal Savings Bank of China,analyzed the causes of problems through literature survey,questionnaire and interview method,then proposed a program to optimize its training system.The finds of this study are in the following:(1)There are a lot of problems in bancassurance business'employee training system of Ankang Branch,such as repeated courses,excessive level, no strict boundary between instructor training and supervisor training,no detail of training plan, shortage of operation, implementation,evaluation and feedback mechanisms, lack of process management.The causes of these problems were low standard of recruitment,underestimation about training, lack of management, training instructors' low skills and ability.(2)Ankang branch can analyze training needs in two ways:organization's development goals and personal development and growth.The former requires complete financial information,communication skills,ability to improve services, professionalism;the latter have different training needs based different working time.(3)The long-term objectives of Ankang Branch's training system are saving talents to expand service coverage and business lines, then achieve sustainable development.The short-term goals are to make sure staffs can do their jobs and achieve their work objectives.(4)Ankang Branch can optimize its training system through the management team,training process, training contents and forms,trainer team.Its assessment mechanism has three time periods and four comprehensive assessment level.Its processes of feedback mechanism are the collection,analysis and feedback of training-related information,raining revisions modifications and implementation of the new plan.(5)Ankang Branch can optimize recruitment system by improving conditions and giving priority to people with relevant background.It also can lead to implementation of the training system by setting the level assessment, improving incentive mechanism establishing a learning culture.
