With the deepening of the reform and opening up,China has become one of the most potential economic powers in the world,the scale of foreign trade in the constantly expanding.The international freight forwarding industry which associated with international trade has made an unprecedented development.But with the customers' requirements continue to increase in recent years and the increasing diversification of customer demand,the international forwarding industry in the increasingly fierce competition,risk-prevention and resource utilization are particularly important.The purpose of this paper is through the way of process reengineer,to change the situations that many medium-sized freight enterprises suffer high risks,low efficiency,and slow development.Make the enterprise process structure can effectively prevent the risks,which are caused by the internal process,to make full use of internal and external resources,to improve the core competitiveness,enables the enterprise to have new business development,achieve the strategic goals of the enterprise with no worries.The paper firstly introduced company situation from aspects of the background,organizational structure,human resources,financial status and risk preventions.Secondly,it analyzes company with SWOT to find the reasons that S company did not well in the last 5 years and find the way to solve it.Thirdly,it analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the existing processes of a typical representative of the medium-sized international freight forwarding companies,S international forwarding company.Then,on the basis of the analysis of the existing processes,optimize the shortcomings.From internal resources fully used,and the perspective of internal risk control point,put forward to strengthen the overall competitiveness of enterprise process optimization target,and puts forward the detailed process optimization scheme.Finally,analyses of the improved process,from the business adaptability,risk assessment,supplier quality,to evaluate the detection process,and the results of actual operation effect of the process.This paper uses real example as research subject,giving useful advice and reference to international forwarding companies,helping them survive and develop within harsh environments and challenges from multinational companies by analyzing risks and making full use of resource,positioning organizational structure properly to reengineer processes.
