Proceeds of any project requires associated with, a certain degree of risk and often the greater the risk, the higher the income requirements. Benefit analysis of investment projects, in general, according to the characteristics of the project a simple qualitative or a in detail quantitative risk analysis points.As China's oil and energy price changes, integration with the international oil prices, domestic oil marketing companies face greater uncertainty, faced with its policy of construction investment projects, market, resources and other aspects of risks, and making investments, through risk analysis and management to reduce risk, improve profitability, as an investment one of great concern to policy makers.In this paper, based on the theory of investment risk, the first overview of the risk and the theory of risk analysis, to define the meaning of the oil marketing companies, then analyze the investment project and the characteristics of investment risk of the oil marketing companies, take China National Petroleum Marketing Company of Sichuan Neijiang Shijia depot expansion investment project as the research object, from a policy, market, technology, resources, nature, investment, financing, building and supporting facilities, get the basic data through research and questionnaire, the use of AHP, a risk assessment using the software calculated the various risk factors for the project the weight coefficients and consistency of values. Finally, the actual situation of the project, carried out for each risk factor evaluation and analysis, to focus on the corresponding countermeasures.Features and innovations of this paper:(1) using a combination of qualitative and quantitative level of analysis, Shijia depot on risk analysis of investment projects; (2) provides an oil marketing companies for the risk factors used in the list analysis method has important practical significance.It is expected that through this thesis project for the oil marketing business investment, especially in large investment projects, conduct risk analysis, risk management will certainly help.
