Since the stock reform of C bank,various businesses have been made substantial progress.The strategic transformation has begun to pay off and provides a solid foundation to make C bank become the domestic first-class retail and wholesale commercial Bank.However,C bank also has suffered some problems in the development of counter business recently.For example,the channel flow of C bank originated in the mid-1980s.At that time,the banking business was based on the physical network,this process was born without information network,all operating process centered on the counter,the division of business process could basically be achieved within a network,each network is a whole counter business unit.With the development of information network technology,the operation process of C bank also has realized the informatization reconstruction and has the domestic business networking function.But the counter business process division of C bank has not been changed,each outlets is still all functional nodes,but as finished the reform of shareholding system and went public,C bank's business is developing very rapidly,business varieties increase fast,the complexity of dealing the business is also rapidly increased,the original counter business process has not meet the rapid business development of the situation.The result is that the internal control process focuses on the outlets,the control measures depend on manpower and the risk control is inadequate.The customers are waiting for long time cause poor customer experience.The staff of the counter channel has high labor intensity and transactional workload accounts for a large proportion.It cannot effectively implement marketing and the staff experience is poor.How to solve the above problems becomes an important subject of C bank transformation and development.I take C bank counter business system process reengineering as the research object,by using the theory of process reengineering to study how to use C bank branches as the core of the traditional business process to transformed into a set of discrete tasks in before,during and sharing between the background,can according to the rules and resources for real-time collaboration,by decomposing steps,specialized division of labor,the introduction of outsourcing concept,using the broadband network technology,image transmission technology,advanced technology such as interactive information technology operation process reengineering C bank counter channel,provide better customer experience and experience;By introducing "butterfly risk tool",to evaluate the process reengineering,study the internal control points of process reengineering,design the corresponding index system of internal control,ensure the process reengineering project successful implementation in order To study how to let the traditional business process turn to which that can let the front center.middle center and back center share the distributed tasks and can work together timely under the rule and resource capability,and also can reconstruct the process by using specialized division of labor,introducing outsourcing concept,and using the broadband network technology,image transmission technology in order to provide better experience for customers and stuffs.It also introduces "butterfly risk tool" to evaluate the process reengineering,studies the key points of the internal control measures,and designs internal control index system to make sure the successful of this process reengineering.This article conclusion is as follows:by using the broadband network technology,image transmission technology,interactive information technology and other advanced technology,based on information flow chain,on the basis of professional division of labor,commercial Banks will create a new operation process that is the front center,middle center and back center are separated but also connected in order to work and share together,this operating process will become a trend.However,in the process of the establishment of this process,commercial Banks should focus on the new risk characteristics and introduce new risk analysis tools to evaluate and control new risks timely.
