With the continuous development of economic globalization,as well as the rapid updating of information technology,more and more multinational companies are trying to adapt to this change in a more advanced way,human resources sharing service center(HRSSC)is a new type of HR services management model in this environment,the reasonable and effective performance management method can help HRSSC to improve its overall performance,achieve strategic objectives,and contribute to the sustainable development of the enterprise.Company A is a large multinational enterprise,in order to maximize the value of the enterprise,it centralizes the company's decentralized resources across organizations and establishes shared service centers in four locations around the world.The research object of this paper is the performance management mode of Dalian human resources sharing service center of A company,taking the suggestion of improvement as the starting point,expounding and analyzing the current situation of performance management through literature research,case investigation and questionnaire,and discovering the four problems of the current performance management: Low performance achievement standards,difficulty in completing performance oversight and coaching programs,distortion of talent discussion session,and inadequate oversight of performance management metrics.In view of these four questions,five main improvement suggestions are put forward: Well-defined what is high performance in HRSSC,improving performance monitoring and coaching plan,ensure the effectiveness for talent discussion's content,strengthen the supervision on establishing the performance management's requirements,and rational use of the performance outcome.These have some reference significance for the optimization of performance management of company A Dalian HRSSC.
