With the development of economic globalization, MNC are confronting a lot of newchallenges. It forces the enterprise to establish a high efficiency organization to meet thechangeable external marketing. As a critical part of organization, Human ResourceManagement will impact our business development deeply through the daily operation andprofessional support. Human Resource is trying the new operation mode to get used tostrategic evolution of business. Part of the MNC start to implement the HRSSC in the HRdaily management and planning. Obviously, the organization efficiency can be improvedthrough the integration of back office and process standardization of Human ResourceManagement. The HRSSC speeds up the HR transforming from purely support function tostrategic role, especially for the big organization with a high work load of HR dailyoperation but low efficiency and quality. It is a trend to have HRSSC to provide HR servicefor all employees, especially for those wide distributed company. It is reported; more than50%future500companies had established their HRSSC.Although many companies had built their own HRSSC, it still confronts issues andchallenges day to day. In other words, HRSSC is not as mature as the Finance Shareservice center. On the other hand, the relevant materials are very limited.This paper is based on the background of BM china company HR share servicecenter’s setting up and running through the organization, process management, staffmanagement, performance evaluation mechanism, advantage, potential disadvantage andother aspects of analysis and research, to explore the development feasibility of HR SharedService Center in China, which will be helpful for other Multi-National Corporations inChina, also provide the reference to domestic large company to establish HR SharedService Center. We also want to provide help to these multinational enterprises in Chinawhich have become or want to become more strength and competitive.
