In the basic energy industry of our country,electric power industry is an important link in the development of national economy.In order to realize the optimal allocation of resources and make the power industry gradually market-oriented operation,the State Council promulgated the "power system Reform Plan ",and the open market environment made the competition of power enterprises increasingly fierce.In order to achieve sustainable development and take a healthy and green development road,electric power enterprises need to carry out deepening reform,especially in the management mode of enterprises.Therefore,how to promote the reform management mode of electric power enterprises is a hot topic in academic circles.Improving employee performance and improving performance appraisal standard is one of the important contents of management mode,which plays a vital role in electric power enterprises.As a result,this paper takes the objective management method and all-round appraisal method of performance management as the theoretical basis and guidance,and tries to deeply analyze and study the development status of employee performance management in the development zone center of the national network XX power supply company,and then puts forward the effective improvement scheme of employee performance management system.After analyzing the development background,organization structure and post characteristics of the xx power supply company,this paper first analyzes the present situation of employee performance management in the power supply company.From the performance appraisal standard is clear and clear,the appraisal rule is comprehensive,the appraisal method pays attention to the post-control,the regular organization interview,the appraisal flow form is strong and the employee performance management flow has the unity carries on the many aspects analysis.After analyzing the present situation of employee performance management in the development zone of the national network XX power supply company,we find out the existing problems,which mainly reflect In four aspects:first,the lack of scientific performance management system design;second,not deeply aware of the original intention of performance management,assessment is only a mere formality;third,lack of in-depth communication;fourth,there is no assessment appeal mechanism.On the basis of these problems,this paper analyzes the reasons of the theory of performance management,and puts forward some concrete improvement measures after analyzing the basic principles and overall objectives of the improvement of the correct employee performance management system,that is,to strengthen the performance communication and care for the development of the staff;to improve the quality of the examiner and the staff management;to strengthen the application of the assessment results;and to create a positive assessment atmosphere.By optimizing the original performance management system of the employees in the development zone of the national network XX power supply company,this paper forms a more perfect and reasonable performance management system of the power supply company.For power supply enterprises to effectively carry out performance management,to achieve the support of power supply enterprises strategy,improve the value and productivity of power supply enterprises have important theoretical significance and practical guidance.
