The power industry is the cornerstone of national economic development.The good development of power supply enterprises plays an important role in the development of society.With the deepening of national power reform,the monopoly position of state-owned power enterprises has gradually been broken.In the fierce market competition,the problems existing in the internal management of electric power enterprises are gradually exposed,and the human resources management problems bear the brunt.In the development of contemporary enterprises,the most important resource is human resources,and the performance evaluation of employees within the enterprise has become a top priority.A scientific staff performance appraisal system can not only improve staff work efficiency,but also is an important step for power supply enterprises to transform into modern companies.In order to give full play to the enthusiasm of employees,improve their work efficiency and improve the company's operating efficiency,JMX Power Supply Company has been paying great attention to the performance appraisal work for many years,but there are still many problems that need to be improved.This paper takes JMX Power Supply Company as the research object,based on the employee performance appraisal theory,and combined with the actual situation of JMX Power Supply Company,makes a systematic analysis of the employee performance appraisal system of JMX Power Supply Company,and formulates an optimal design and puts forward safeguard measures for the optimization of the performance appraisal system of JMX Power Supply Company.Firstly,this paper sorts out the literature on employee performance appraisal in related companies at home and abroad.Secondly,based on the theoretical system of performance appraisal,combined with the company's current situation and questionnaire,it analyzes the existing problems and causes of the employee performance appraisal system of Company JMX;Then,combined with target management and key performance indicator method,the employee performance appraisal system is optimized and designed.First,the optimization target and principle are determined.Then,the optimization scheme is put forward from the aspects of perfecting post responsibility,perfecting index system,scientifically setting appraisal weight,improving performance appraisal feedback processing,improving appraisal result processing,etc.Next,from the basis for optimizing program implementation,strengthen targeted training,pay attention to the use of assessment results,improve the promotion mechanism,to create a unique corporate culture and other aspects,formulated measures to ensure the smoothimplementation of the performance appraisal optimization system.In order to help JMX Power Supply Company to solve the problem of internal performance evaluation,improve the enthusiasm of the company's employees to improve their work efficiency,enhance the competitiveness of the enterprise and make great progress.
