With the continuous deepening of China's economic system reform and the increasingly fierce competition among enterprises,performance management has become an important magic weapon for the survival and development of today's enterprises,playing a very great role in promoting enterprise management innovation to enhance competitiveness,and enterprises must strengthen performance management.State grid YZ power supply company is a large state-owned enterprise affiliated to state grid JS provincial power company.It plays an important role in the optimal allocation of power resources in JS province.With the development of smart grid and the intensification of power market competition,improving the performance management level has become an important task for YZ power supply company.This paper takes state grid YZ power supply company as the research object,and systematically studies the employee performance management of the company.Firstly,this paper introduces the background of topic selection,significance of research,research objectives and research route design,and constructs an overall analysis framework for this paper.Then it systematically combs the related concepts and theories of performance management,which provides a solid theoretical basis for the whole paper.Secondly,the analysis of the general situation,organizational structure and human resource structure of YZ power supply company provides a reliable objective basis for the paper.At the same time to point out that the company from the perspective of performance management system in performance management problems and the reasons,the problems existing in the performance management plan become a mere formality,employee performance management implementation is not ideal,performance appraisal subjectivity is stronger and unreasonable evaluation standard and cycle,performance feedback and improvement does not reach the designated position,performance result applied single incentive effect is not enough,and so on.Finally,put forward the design and guarantee measures of the optimization and improvement plan of employee performance management.From sound performance planning compiling process,optimization of performance management on the implementation of leadership and responsibility,improve the performance appraisal evaluation standard and process,strengthen the communication between the superior and the subordinate performance feedback 'to strengthen guidance and improve,make full use of the results of the appraisal application focus on staff capacity development in five aspects,such as the scheme design,from the and safeguards of the system construction,information technology,enterprise culture and so on three aspects:security measures are put forward.
