The electric power industry is one of pillar industries in the national economy,which is related closely to national economy and people's livelihood,significantly impacting on the lifeline of the national economy.As a large and monopolistic state-owned power enterprise,the effective exploration of employee performance incentive and assessment mechanism is of great necessity for power resources management and power supply development in China.As a large power supply enterprise,H Power Supply Company currently establishes performance incentive and evaluation mechanism.Its performance appraisal system and performance appraisal salary mechanism have been well implemented,which has brought about the overall revolution of the staff structure,improved the efficiency of staff supervision and management,and promoted the coordination and innovation of supporting mechanisms.However,there are still some problems,which limit the improvement and perfection of the performance incentive evaluation mechanism of H power supply company.The issues of bad human resources structure,low performance incentive implementation,conflict arose from employees' psychological problems,obstacle enterprises implementing the performance appraisal motivating mechanism.Accordingly,this paper uses the methods of literature analysis,case analysis,data research and investigation to study the performance incentive mechanism of employees in H Power Supply Company,a subsidiary of State Grid,aiming to optimize and explain the performance incentive mechanism of employees in H Power Supply Company.This paper trying to clarify the composition of employee performance incentive optimization scheme,promote the construction of employee performance incentive evaluation standard system,and study the implementation of H power supply company employee performance incentive mechanism optimization.From the perspectives of employee performance incentive mechanism optimization,employee performance incentive process optimization and enterprise governance structure and internal control optimization,this paper implements and optimizes the schemes prior involved.The supportive mechanism,which is mainly composed with system guarantee,personnel guarantee and organizational guarantee as the components,is comprehensively explored in order to improve the employeeperformance of H power supply company.The rational incentive and assessment mechanism is proved benefit for improving the development H Power Supply Company.
