Put forward the "strategic objective of the development of a strong three excellent" Modern Corporation to China State Grid Corp, and "three grasping the thinking of creation". Among them, catch team need performance management, continuous improvement, will target the development strategy of China State Grid Corp into all levels of power company objectives.Performance management as an important part of human resources management, in enterprise management, performance results are ofteninfluenced by the management system, staffs own factor and the internalinformation asymmetry, the performance management can not objectively,truthfully reflect the overall condition of the company. How to make the performance management of the enterprise, the biggest degree tomotivate employees, become an urgent problem to be solved.This paper introduces the background and significance of performance management, analyzes the main problems existing in performance management of Rongxian power supply company, and puts forward thedesign according to the present situation of performance management,and further improve the content of performance management, combined with the Sichuan Province Electric Power Company issued a "three set" Five "system construction performance assessment management system of amendments to the revised" measures the new scheme.
