As a high-tech service industry,the inspection and testing industry plays an important role in testing product quality and safety,improving product qualification rates,and promoting high-quality development of enterprises.As import and export trade continues to increase and domestic consumption continues to increase,inspection and testing agencies have become increasingly prominent in their functions of controlling quality,providing information to the government,and providing services to the public.The responsibility for serving high-quality economic and social development is even greater.BT Company is a product quality and safety inspection and testing company,and its business scope covers product quality and safety inspection and testing in the fields of agricultural products,livestock and poultry products,food,and medicine.During the on-site investigation of the operation status of BT company,it was found that the company's inspection and testing business had problems such as long inspection cycle,low efficiency of inspection experiment and complicated operation of inspection quality control process.Based on this,this article selects BT company as the main body of research,based on the value chain management ideas,using business process reengineering theory,comprehensively analyzes the status quo and problems of each business process of its basic activities and auxiliary activities,and deeply studies its business process reengineering countermeasures and safeguards to improve Its high-quality development capabilities.First,through SWOT analysis,the competitive advantages and disadvantages of BT's business processes are clarified,which lays the foundation for recreating their business processes.Secondly,using questionnaires and brainstorming methods to evaluate the performance and importance of each process of the basic activities and auxiliary activities of the BT company's inspection and testing business,through performance analysis-importance matrix analysis Key and core business processes.Third,use the causal analysis method,cost analysis method,and action time research method to analyze the problems in key business processes.Finally,through the improvement of process reengineering countermeasures and safeguards,the implementation of key business processes in basic activities and auxiliary activities was reengineered,and the connection between BT 's inspection and testing business processes and the value chain was realized.Problems of long period,low efficiency of testing experiment and complicated operation of testing quality control.The research in this paper is of certain value for the promotion of BT company's corecompetitiveness and sustainable development.One is to improve the operating efficiency of organizations.Through this business process reengineering,BT's business process is based on the analysis and combing of the enterprise value chain,and promotes the optimization of corporate organization and functions.Second,the efficiency of key business processes has been improved.Based on the concept of value chain management,BT Company completed the analysis and diagnosis of important business processes,reconstructed the core business and important business processes,and reduced the problems and deficiencies of uncoordinated and inoperable business processes.The third is to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises.The process of business process reengineering based on the value chain idea is also the process of propagating the value chain idea and business process reengineering idea,and it is also the process of the rooting and germination of the value management concept and process optimization idea in BT,which is conducive to the formation of the whole company The systematic thinking of value-oriented and high-efficiency business processes,planting the management concept "seed" of continuous analysis and diagnosis of business processes and targeted optimization and improvement for enterprise managers will promote the continuous improvement and sustainable development of enterprise competitiveness Play a key role.
