The purpose of this paper is to present a specific, systematic operable Business Process Reengineering for enterprises. Business Process Reengineering catched much attention of scholars, many scholars had done a large number of studies on Business Process Reengineering. But zhese studies emphasized the perspective of project management, emphasized the basic principles of Business Process Reengineering, There is very little introduction of the specific implementation process detailed steps. And other studies directly to the specific processes as the core research, while lack of systematic description of the process of selecting which the process to be improved. Therefore, in this article I hope to explore a systematic method of Business Process Reengineering, which can be achieved from the company’s business research, business process descriptions, choose which to re-design, and then the whole process simulation.In this paper, the author understanded the internal value chain of the enterprise and Business Process Reengineering concept through consulting literature and the author’s practice, then builded business process reengineering process model based on the value chain of the enterprise, and done application analysis combined with the actual activities of the company.The main jobs this thesis has done are as follows:(1)Descriptions of business processes. Doing the research of the business activities and drawing the business flow chart, and Puting forward value chain identification method based on the internal value transfer method.(2) Business process analysis and identification. The author, by decomposing the target value of the business process to evaluate the contribution of each job. Then proposing a evaluate method of the added value and business process reengineering difficulty, and determining which is reengineering business processe.(3) Business process design. This papper describes the design process of business process, taking the possibility of process improvement by bringing about the restructuring of the value chain into account, and according to the status of enterprise value chain structure determines the way to the reconstruction process reengineering is thoroughness process reengineering or reconstruction design.(4) Simulation of the reengineering process. In this paper, using the proposed method conduct applied research on the manufacturing processes of Gulf Semiconductor Company. And doing Simulation of the reengineering process with witness, it is final inspection of the business process.
