| Agriculture as an important basic industry in China,its level of development directly affects the development of our national economy.However,China’s current agricultural small and medium-sized enterprises,relatively speaking,not very competitive,lack of modern management concepts.Mengqing agriculture is no exception.In such a context,how to manage the company’s strategy,internal processes and people team more effectively becomes particularly important.Based on this paper,Mengqing agriculture as a representative,using a balanced scorecard and key performance indicators combined to conduct a performance evaluation study to analyze how to improve the management level of enterprises,achieve the strategic objectives of enterprises,promote the development of agricultural quality,and continuously improve the competitiveness of enterprises while driving farmers to increase income and farmers employment.This article first briefly describes the background,purpose and significance of the research,on the basis of combing the domestic and foreign literature and summarizing the relevant theories,using the method of case analysis,Mengqing agriculture as the object of research,from the enterprise performance management,found that its current performance evaluation system has certain limitations,such as not reflecting the long-term development goals of the enterprise,performance evaluation is not fair enough,the performance evaluation level is unified,the implementation of the evaluation of the lack of effective performance communication,and so on,and for these problems to build a suitable performance evaluation system for this enterprise.Finally,in combination with the current problems in performance management in Mengqing agriculture,it is proposed that the top management of enterprises should actively promote and support the implementation of the system,improve the level of enterprise information management,establish a performance evaluation department,establish a performance-linked reward and punishment distribution mechanism and a corresponding feedback system to ensure the smooth application of the performance evaluation system in the enterprise.The study of agricultural performance evaluation in Mengqing has important reference value for enterprises at the same stage of development and facing similar problems.In addition,agricultural industrialized enterprises represented by Mengqing agriculture can promote regional economic development through their own healthy development,which is of great significance for improving the overall competitiveness of the region and solving the problem of uneven economic development between urban and rural areas. |
