| As an indispensable part of the development of aquaculture,the feed of agricultural products,along with its growing trend,on the one hand,not only provides an effective transformation of production capacity for the agricultural and sideline economy,moreover,it further expands the return on investment of aquaculture products,contributes a certain ratio to the development of China’s agricultural economy,and the feed industry has also become an effective guarantee for the healthy development of agricultural sideline.China’s feed industry is not only affected by the epidemic situation of swine fever in Africa,but also faced with fierce competition from foreign enterprises of the same kind.In view of this,domestic feed enterprises to strengthen internal management,to alleviate the feed enterprises face these problems and improve the development space of feed enterprises is crucial.Using balanced scorecard to construct a more scientific performance evaluation management system based on the strategic goal of enterprise development.Based on the theories of performance evaluation,balanced scorecard and strategic management,this paper analyzes the current situation of HD company’s performance evaluation,this paper analyzes the problems existing in HD company’s current performance evaluation method based on the basic situation and management condition of the company,and establishes a set of innovative performance evaluation system for the company with the balanced scorecard theory system combined with the company’s strategic objectives,this paper constructs an evaluation index system from four dimensions of finance,customer,internal process and learning and growth,and uses analytic hierarchy process to determine the dimension weight and index weight,in this paper,the index value is determined based on the data of HD financial statement and questionnaire survey,and then the index data of each dimension is processed scientifically,finally to the enterprise management condition,the financial condition carries on the analysis.Finally,the theory and method are verified by an example,and the guarantee measures to improve the performance management level of HD company are put forward.The results of this paper show that it is feasible for HD company to introduce balanced scorecard,which is in line with the current production and operation of HD company. |
