| With the improvement of people’s living standard,the demand for medical care is continuously enhanced.The pharmaceutical industry has maintained a rapid pace of development and the pharmaceutical packaging industry which is closely related with the pharmaceutical industry also entered a rapid development period.According to the current situation and characteristics of China’s pharmaceutical industry,we can analyze the running status of the performance management and the main defects of the company by making ZQ packaging enterprise as the research object.We can summary that the performance management system is not perfect,the performance evaluation design is not comprehensive,strategy is not matching with the performance evaluation design;the performance evaluation process is not complete and other problems.By using the method of literature research and case study,we can explore effective ways which performance evaluation system based on the Balanced Scorecard.We also proposed the design thought of the ZQ packaging enterprise based on Balanced Scorecard.By mapping the strategic map,the strategic objectives of the enterprise can be divided into layers of measurable basis.We can elect the key indicators according to the characteristics of the functional departments and determine the weight of indicators the by using of AHP.After the application of the performance evaluation system based on the Balanced Scorecard,the ZQ packaging enterprise has improved the production efficiency,the enthusiasm of the staff has been greatly improved,and the net profit has increased over the previous year.Establishing the Balanced Scorecard team and making the Balanced Scorecard assessment into a business internal system,is also improving the core competitiveness of enterprises and achieving rapid,stable and high quality development. |
